With years of experience in healthcare and customer service, Undrea  brings both passion and professionalism to The Vein Master’s Institute. As a Certified Phlebotomist and Certified Phlebotomy Instructor, as well as the founder of the school, Undrea is committed to empowering the next generation of phlebotomists through hands-on training, real-world knowledge, and genuine support.

A proud hometown girl, Undrea began her educational journey in Bay City, Texas, where she graduated high school in 2017. She went on to attend East Texas Baptist University (ETBU) before continuing her studies at the College of Healthcare Professions and ultimately completing her training at Elane Medical Institute in Houston, Texas.

Undrea has worked in medical laboratories in multiple roles, gaining invaluable behind-the-scenes experience. She served not only as a specimen processor, but also as part of the escalation team, acting as a liaison between the company and its clients. This role sharpened her communication skills, deepened her understanding of laboratory operations, and strengthened her ability to lead with both empathy and excellence.

Her journey began at the frontlines of healthcare, where she quickly discovered her natural ability to connect with patients and a deep love for clinical work. That experience, paired with years in leadership roles, inspired her to create a space where students could learn, grow, and thrive with confidence.

Now, through The Vein Master’s Institute, Undrea is bringing opportunity back to her roots—offering accessible, quality training to those looking to build a meaningful career in phlebotomy. Her teaching style is approachable, engaging, and thorough—focused not just on passing exams, but on building true mastery and professionalism in the field.
