Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At The Vein Master’s Institute, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience. Due to the nature of our training and limited class sizes, we have established the following refund policy:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your seat in class and cover administrative and preparatory costs.
 

Refunds

  •       If a student cancels at least 15 days before the scheduled class start date, a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) may be issued upon request.
        •       Cancellations made less than 15 days before the class start date are not eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

Students who do not attend their scheduled class and fail to communicate prior to the start date will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your class:

        •       Requests made at least 5 days before the class start date may be accommodated at no additional charge.
        •       Requests made less than 5 days before may incur a rescheduling fee.

Class Cancellations by The Vein Master’s Institute

In the unlikely event that a class is canceled by The Vein Master’s Institute, students will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.
